MISSION
As the Cyber Security Application and Research Center, our mission is to prevent possible problems in advance by conducting measurement and analysis studies to detect abnormal traffic flows for attack purposes, detection and prevention of attacks aimed at rendering servers and network systems non-functional with regard to realizing projects with added value to the university and society, contributing to raising awareness in the fields of information security and cyber security primarily at the level of university staff and then at the level of our region and country, preparing reports in the field of cyber security in line with the demands of institutions, to train qualified manpower and to carry out academic studies in the field of cyber security.
VISION
In our age where information is the most valuable asset, increasing the level of awareness in the fields of Information Security and Cyber Security, especially our university staff and stakeholders, to ensure that necessary measures are taken in the human, process and technology triangle against various cyber attacks that the personal and corporate information is exposed to and to have a national and international competence in the field of Cyber Security.
